In case you were wondering—I know I have been, and for a very long time—this is what it looks like when deer gaze through a chainlink and barbed wire fence at a former nuclear missile launch site somewhere on the Pacific coast early on an October evening as fighter jets (not pictured) thunder through the sky, circling the bay to reassure us, some of us, not me, that everything is and always has been and always will be fine, just fine, nothing the matter here.
